The A5 Boys DI College Camp will bring the knowledge of NCAA Division 1 Men's Volleyball coaches right here in Atlanta, Georgia. We are pleased to welcome Justin Beaumont (Head Coach at Long Island University), Roger Peluso (Head Coach at Queens University of Charlotte), and Kyle Exile (Associate Head Coach at Loyola University Chicago) to the A5 Sportsplex to showcase how techniques are being taught in their gyms.
Justin Beaumont was promoted to Head Coach of the Long Island University Men's Volleyball team after serving as the Assistant Coach for LIU's Women's Volleyball Program since 2023 where they won the NEC Championship. Beaumont brings knowledge from both the men's and women's game through all three NCAA Divisions. Prior to LIU, Beaumont has coached at St. Francis Brooklyn, New Jersey City University, Saint Peter's University, Broomfield College, and Felician University. Beaumont was the head coach for the men’s volleyball team at St. Francis Brooklyn, where he led the Terriers to an NEC Tournament berth in 2023, and an assistant coach for the Terrier women’s volleyball team from 2021-22.
Roger Peluso joins Queens after serving as head assistant coach at George Mason University, where he helped guide the Patriots to an 11-0 undefeated home record, an EIVA runner-up finish, and a final national ranking of No. 16 in 2024. During his tenure, eight Patriots received NCAA or AVCA honors, including All-America selections, while four signed professional contracts to compete internationally. Prior to his time at George Mason, Peluso made history at Webber International University, leading the Warriors to their first-ever AAC Conference Championship and NAIA National Tournament appearance in 2023. His players collected multiple conference honors, including MVP, Freshman of the Year, and Champions of Character recognition.
Kyle Exline - Alongside head coach Shane Davis and assistant coach Dalton Solbrig, Exline coached the Ramblers to their best MIVA record (13-3) in a decade and the first 20-win regular season since 2023. Loyola posted a 17-1 ledger at home and went 8-2 on the road – its best away mark in over 10 years. The team was 8-3 against AVCA Top 20 opponents, including four ranked wins over nonconference foes. Exline assisted the Ramblers to becoming the nation’s No. 1 kills per set leader (13.35) and in having the second-best hitting clip in the country (.368).
Under this coaching staff, Loyola collected 28 total postseason awards in 2025: 10 Academic All-MIVA picks, four All-MIVA First Teamers, four AVCA All-Americans (one first team, two second team and one honorable mention), three All-MIVA Tournament selections – and the tournament MVP – three College Sports Communicators Academic All-District members, one CSC Academic All-American At-Large First Teamer, one MIVA Player of the Year, and the AVCA Team Academic Award.
